Our Vision
At Shiloh Flower Farm, we believe that healing happens in both the soil and the soul—just as depleted land can be restored through patient, intentional care, so too can lives be renewed through the sacred work of gardening. The same principles that restore degraded soil—patience, consistency, community support, and trust in natural processes—are the very principles that restore human lives. In working with our hands in the earth, we reconnect with our purpose, rebuild our sense of worth, and rediscover the joy of creating something beautiful from something broken.
Why It's Important
Recovery thrives when it mirrors nature's own healing processes. Research shows that therapeutic horticulture reduces stress, builds confidence, and creates a meaningful connection to community. Just as healthy soil requires diverse nutrients and patient cultivation, sustainable personal transformation needs holistic support, purposeful work, and time to take root. Traditional recovery approaches often focus on removing negative behaviors, but we focus on planting positive growth, creating an environment where healing naturally flourishes.
Our Program
Shiloh Flower Farm will create transformative opportunities for women moving from rehab, or homelessness into productive, joyful lives, offering job training in flower cultivation & product development, safe housing, and a supportive community.

We will offer safe, stable housing for women to learn life skills creating a foundation for a fulfilling life.

Shiloh will build a supportive community, fostering connections for women to lead joyful lives.
Employment
We provide training in flower farming equipping women with skills for a productive and autonomous life.
