Our First Work Day!
This weekend was a big milestone—we hosted our very first work day at the Shiloh Flower Farm, and wow, what an incredible day it was!
With a team made up of family, friends, and some seriously hard-working teens, we got so much done:
Planted beautiful flowers and herbs
Spread mulch
Trimmed limbs and cleared branches
Ran loads to the dump
Weed-whacked, mowed, and more!
The farm is starting to come alive, and it’s all thanks to the joyful energy and sweat poured into the land by this amazing crew. We fueled up with pizza and donuts (a classic combo), and made plenty of sweet memories along the way.
More than just yard work, this day was a picture of what’s to come—a space being transformed to become a place of healing, dignity, and new beginnings for women. We couldn’t be more grateful for each person who showed up and got their hands dirty to help bring this vision to life.
